• Unused, unlit products: Items (including ceramic candle holders) may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and unlit (no signs of burning, wax melting, or damage).
• Defective products: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., cracked ceramic, broken wick) or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no cost.
Non-Refundable Items
• Candles that have been lit, melted, or used (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
• Items returned after the 7-day window.
• Custom or personalized orders (unless defective).
Refund Process

2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back (you’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is our fault).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
